Residential:

We are well respected by insurance companies, hold an A+ Better Business Bureau rating and have over 30 years of experience. We also offer our IntegriWarranty™ and IntegriClean™ standards to ensure our customers are satisfied with the outcome of our work.

IntegriWarranty™ is a 10-year guarantee at no cost to our customers, on top of the standard manufacturer’s warranty on all roofing materials. For instance, things like leak repairs, storm damage and courtesy inspections are completely free during the 10-year period.

IntegriClean™ is our promise to protect our customers’ homes and landscaping while working on construction. We also walk the property three times with a magnetic tool specially designed to gather nails, metal and debris after roofing completion.

Commercial:

Whether it is new construction, maintenance, re-roofs or repairs needed, we have your needs covered! We have extensive experience with all types of roofs, including metal roofs, and specialized skill with low slope or flat roofing.

Multi-Family:

We partner with homeowner’s associations, insurance companies and property managers in the building, replacement and maintenance of roofs. This includes apartments, hotels, zero lot line townhomes, assisted living and medical facilities.

When looking into options for roofing construction, it is nice to know ahead of time what to expect regarding expenses. So we provide written estimates to keep you on budget.

#3 On-Site Project Manager

We handle the entire project management process for commercial and multi-family roofing construction. We plan, coordinate and manage the project, all while staying in close communication with our customers, as a result, productivity and timeliness are enhanced. 

#4 Insurance Consultations

The insurance claim process can be difficult to navigate on your own. So we expertly guide our customers after they experience property damage due to extreme weather conditions, for instance, hail or tornadoes, putting them at ease and getting them back and running with a safe roof.

#5 Professional Inspections

A lot of our customers are unsure what they need, if anything, and how to know what best fits their needs if there is damage. Our team will conduct a professional inspection and prepare for the customer a detailed report that includes photos of any damage and a suggested plan of action.

#6 General Contractor

If you have just been hit with severe, inclement weather, chances are you are not solely needing a new roof or roof repair. We find that customers frequently need things like siding repair, or fence staining, or help with damage inside the home. We coordinate all of that for you, so you can relax and know you are in good hands!
